Employee records (name, identity number, employee number, contact details, department, position and employment status), payslip records and the payslip documents uploaded by your employer.

An employee can only see their own record and their own payslips. Authorised company administrators can manage employee records and payslips for their organisation.

Payslip documents are held in private storage. They are never served from a public link — each view or download issues a short-lived, access-checked link and is recorded in the activity log.
